TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

･ As the artist, I maintain all rights to my work. This includes posting to my socials, and adding it as a part of my portfolio.･My work is for personal use only unless given explicit permission.･No refunds after the sketch phase.･ I maintain the right to cancel the commission if the commissioner is acting inappropriately.･Payment must be sent through Paypal in full before or at sketch approval･All major changes have to occur during the sketch phase. Any major changes after the sketch phase will incur a separate fee.･ Neither Commissioner nor anyone is allowed to alter, trace, copy the finished product.･Do not claim my art as your own.
Credit must be explicitly given whenever the work is shown.

PROCESS INFO

･Not first come first served. I reserve the right to decline your order if I am uncomfortable or unable to work on the commission.･ DM me for a commission; I respond to Discord messages more frequently.･ Have a reference (preferably multiple references will be appreciated)･ Payment is sent through Paypal (USD)･ Payment is sent after sketch approval･ Frequent updates will be given every few days, any issue/delay will be informed of･ Commission will take up to 2 months at most

･ Ship art including real people･ NSFW/Fetish art･ Offensive content/Hate speech･ Stolen characters･ Suggestive art･ Old/Plus sized characters (I'm real bad at them)
